Made from highly figured black walnut and eastern red cedar with our signature hand woven kangaroo leather imported from Australia.  The combination of woods was chosen specifically from Ryan’s time as an avid duck call collector and time spent studying and researching old duck calls and their makers in various books.  Walnut and cedar were some of the most common woods available and used for building calls in the late 1800s and through the 1900s.  Our objective in this special edition of calls is to shine a light on the past call makers who led the way well before our time.  These calls display beautiful aesthetics and some of the simplest yet moving characteristics that have always drawn our eyes by some of the most famous call makers in history.  The three panels on each barrel are slightly raised with flat top gun stock checkering carved one line at a time. To finish each call they are oil soaked and polished and just waiting for years of beautiful patina.  
Each call comes in its very own red cedar box with a hand made kangaroo leather lanyard.
